Create Internal Links (Anchors) Within an Article

This guide will show you how to create internal links, also known as anchor links, within your Hinto articles. This feature helps you direct readers to specific sections from any text, improving navigation and making your content easier to follow. You will need an article that contains headers (e.g., H1, H2) to create links.

  1. Open the article you wish to edit in the Hinto editor.

  2. Highlight the text you want to turn into an anchor link.

  3. In the formatting toolbar that appears, click the Link icon. Documentation image

  4. From the dropdown list, select the section (header) you want the link to jump to. You can also use the search bar to quickly find a specific section. Documentation image

  5. The selected text will now be an active link. Click the Save button in the top-right corner to finalize your changes.
