Embed YouTube Videos and other Rich Media in Your Articles

Enhance your documentation by embedding videos directly from YouTube. This guide shows you how to add rich media to your articles by simply pasting a URL. This is a great way to reuse existing video content and make your articles more engaging for your audience.

  1. Navigate to the YouTube video you want to embed.

  2. Click the Share button located below the video player.

  3. In the pop-up window, click the Copy button to copy the video's URL to your clipboard. Documentation image

  4. Open your article in the Hinto editor.

  5. Click on the line where you want the video to appear and paste the copied YouTube URL.

  6. The video will automatically be embedded into your article. You can add a caption in the field below the video if needed.

  7. Click Save changes to update your article.
