How to Import an Article from a Markdown File

This guide shows you how to import an existing Markdown (.md) file to create a new article in your Hinto project. This feature is useful for quickly adding pre-written documentation to your knowledge base without starting from scratch. You will need a Markdown file (.md or .markdown) saved on your computer.

  1. Navigate to the folder where you want the new article to be located and click the three-dot menu.

  4. Click inside the dashed box to browse for your file, or drag and drop the .md file directly into the box.

  5. Click the Import button.
