How to Manually Create a Topic Analysis or Transcript for a User Interview

This guide demonstrates how to generate additional articles, such as a new Topic Analysis or a full Interview Transcript, from an interview video you have already processed. This is useful when you want to explore a specific theme not captured in the initial analysis or create different report formats for your team.

  1. From within your 'Customer Interviews' project, click the Add content button located in the left sidebar.

  2. Select Single article from the dropdown menu that appears. Documentation image

  3. In the 'Select a template' window, choose the type of article you want to generate. Options include Topic Analysis, Respondent Profile, and Interview Transcript. Documentation image

  4. Choose the video you wish to use from the 'Existing videos' list.

  5. Provide a title for your new document in the Article name field.

  6. Click the Create button to begin the generation process. Your new article will appear in the sidebar once complete.
