Configure SEO and analytics for your public documentation
This guide will show you how to configure Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and analytics settings for your public documentation. By enabling these features, you can allow search engines like Google to index your content and track visitor interactions using Google Analytics. You will need a published Hinto project and a Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Measurement ID.

From your project page, click the settings icon to open Project Settings.

In the left-hand menu, select the Publishing tab.

Scroll down to the Search Engine Indexing section and click the toggle next to Enable Search Engine Indexing. This allows search engines to find and list your documentation in search results.

Scroll to the Analytics & Tracking section and click the toggle next to Enable Analytics.

Paste your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Measurement ID into the Google Analytics Measurement ID field. Your ID should start with "G-".

Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page.

A "Changes pending publication" notification will appear. Click the Publish Changes button to apply your new settings to the live site.
