How to Publish Your Project with a Public URL

This guide explains how to publish your project and make it accessible to anyone with a public URL. Following these steps, you will learn how to generate a shareable link, customize it, and control its visibility on search engines. You will need access to the project you wish to publish.

1. Click the Settings icon located next to your project's name.
2. In the Project Settings window, navigate to the Publishing tab.
3. Click the toggle to enable the Published option. This makes your project content visible to the public.
4. Customize your public documentation's address by editing the text in the Documentation URL field.
5. (Optional) Enable the Enable Search Engine Indexing toggle to allow search engines to find your documentation.
6. (Optional) Click Upload logo to add a custom logo to your public documentation page.
7. To preview your page, click the link icon next to the URL field. This will open your public documentation in a new browser tab.
8. Once you are satisfied with your configuration, click the Save Publishing Settings button to apply the changes.
