How to Export Your Content as an HTML File

This guide shows you how to export content from the editor into an HTML file. This format is perfect for importing into help desk software like Zendesk or for archiving your work. You will need to have an article generated before you can export it.

1. With your article open in the editor, locate the action bar at the top of the page.
2. Click the Export button.
3. In the Select option to export pop-up window, click Download HTML.
4. The HTML file of your article will be saved to your computer's downloads folder.
